Cloverdale Catering can offer a range of on-going contractual services drawing on many years of experience. We are quite diversified, in this respect. Clients come from corporate, industrial, sporting and local government sectors.
We can, for instance, provide a full restaurant service for a company providing staff service from early morning until evening. The company may be an industrial unit or primarily offices or a combination of both.

The catering requirement may be more continuous; perhaps 24 hours per day over 6 or 7 days per week at a large distribution warehouse, for instance. We would then provide a full vending machine service. Depending on the size of the operation, on-site staffing can also be provided to continuously fill and service the machines. A vending machine service can, of course, also run concurrently with a counter service in, for instance, a factory to cover overtime shifts etc. No two contracts are ever the same and we are happy to tailor the catering to the needs of the Client Company.
Other contracts include the provision of all the catering and bar services, for instance at Golf clubs and Masonic associations etc on a full 7-days per week basis. |

At one time we ran a licensed, a la carte restaurant. This offered a range of traditional and contemporary food and was aimed at the upper end of the market. This operation, as with the catering contracts, ran concurrently with our outside catering activities.
Note that we believe that we can supply a superior and more personal service than the very large contract caterers. This is because we work strictly within the county and the duties of an Area Manager are performed by our company Catering Manager who has over 30 years experience in Contract Catering. Also we do not take on more than 5 catering outlets at any one time. Many Area Managers take on board three times this figure and over a wide geographic area so are consequently over-stretched. Also as high standard outside caterers we are better able to fulfil the client company’s needs when it comes to their own client hospitality events by preparing and delivering the food directly from our dedicated outside catering unit.

We have diversified even more in recent years. Our Food Packaging Division supplies supermarket branches nation-wide with our hand-made products. These “Cloverdale” products are packaged by us in accordance with statutory requirements and bear our own Oval Health Mark. We are also permitted to export abroad.
