We are fortunate in not having to not rely heavily on agency staff with a sizeable number of highly experienced waiting staff on our regular payroll to provide a strong core. These have worked together over the years so there is excellent co-ordination which is so important at the larger events. Chefs would also be present together with our senior management staff to oversee these events.

Corporate events with staff service are often held at the premises of the client. These venues can be successfully used for the smaller celebrations and any special promotions such as product launches and open days.
