The following samples are suitable for occasions where no waiting staff are present. Prices, based on 70 guests, include the presentation of the food on silver trays and within glass bowls and with steel serving utensils, etc. Included for the guests are disposable plates, cutlery, napkins and a buffet table covering. (China plates and steel cutlery for the guests if preferred)
