Your wedding day is a very important day in your life, so how can you ensure that it all goes off smoothly?
For a start, you can engage an experienced professional caterer who is the best in your area. We believe that you will not choose better than us and after our first meeting you will agree. We will carefully consider and document the sequence of events before and during the wedding reception with due consideration to the timing so that the whole event goes off smoothly and you can completely relax and enjoy the day.

No two weddings are the same and you will have some ideas of your own which you would wish us to implement. We are pleased to put all our knowledge and past experience at your disposal and to advise on any aspect of the wedding reception including the venue. Our large book of menus provides you with a vast choice. We can usually cater for any special requests however unusual. We would take this opportunity to show you our photographs of past events catered for and the many letters of thanks that we have received.
Our Head Waiter, who serves the Top Table, would be made familiar with any special requirements, both dietary and otherwise. You will find our staff to be smartly uniformed, friendly, polite, well trained and experienced. The same loyal team has worked together over many years so there is good co-ordination, which is so important. You will find (at our meeting) that we make special provision for the children present. Managerial staff, chefs, waiters and waitresses all attend and will all be at hand throughout the day.

We can advise on marquees, the size of which can be carefully chosen to suit individual requirements, so avoiding overcrowding or, indeed, empty space (which must be charged for in a hotel!). We think that a fully decorated marquee is invariably more impressive than a hotel function room.

We are fortunate in having in-house staff who are skilled at preparing flower arrangements and other decorations for the venue. We take great trouble in following the Bride’s colour scheme and our table linen is carefully colour co-ordinated, as with flowers, ribbons and other decor.
We are, of course, able to provide a comprehensive drinks service. Our wine list is available on request and you will find this competitively priced. Should you need a full bar service let us know as soon as possible and then leave the arrangements to us.
Note we can reduce your wedding costs by making your wedding cake to your personal specification. We can work from a photo, picture or just a description. Please ask for further details.

Other optional services are available and are usually all discussed during the initial, no-obligation meeting and include such things as the hire of marquees, cars, disco, band, background musicians, entertainers, tables, chairs, cake stands etc.
We own an extensive range of catering tableware and other equipment so that there is no need for us to pass on costly hire charges to the customer - either directly or indirectly.

Each van of our fleet is refrigerated. Note that they can also be deployed when stationary, at weddings, so we can fully satisfy food safety regulations and serve food on the hottest of days. We are also able to keep all your wine chilled whatever the quantity.
If your budget does not extend to the full service of our staff, we are able to deliver and set-up a buffet at your chosen venue before you and your guests return. Both cold-carved menus and finger menus are available for this non-service option. We provide a covering for your buffet table and all the crockery and cutlery you require which may be real or disposable depending on your preference. This type of catering option, sometimes chosen for weddings, is popular for a host of private functions including anniversaries, birthdays and funerals. See our menus for further information. |
