Canape Menus

The following is a small selection of many canapés available, suitable for receptions with drinks and cocktail parties. The food is served on silver trays by our waiting staff who also serve the drinks which can be  supplied either by us or by yourselves (corkage fees may apply).

(mild Indian balls of pulse and spices rolled in sesame seeds)

(Salami rolled into cones with black olive, on a skewer)

(Ham with mild curry sauces and mango over toasted crouton)

Smoked Salmon Pinwheels

Lamb and Mint Kofeta
(Minced lamb burger on skewers)

Note that events comprising canapés only and served by our staff would need to be priced individually. The price would take into account the number of guests present. Such bookings would be subject to a minimum number of guests.
